When you schedule your initial call with a Senior Placement Advisor, we start by listening. You guide us through your senior's unique profile—not just their health and mobility needs, but the things that truly make up their life: faith communities, social connections, proximity to family, doctors, pets, and everyday comforts.

Listening & Preparing - It all begins with our survey. We gather your initial details to analyze regional Senior Living Communities (SLCs) against your specific criteria. We also look ahead to identify potential hurdles—like preserving access to trusted doctors, friends, and personal routines—so we can bring thoughtful solutions to our first meeting.

The In-Person Consultation - Next, we meet with you, your senior family member, and any trusted loved ones—typically face-to-face. We walk through our initial research, address your pressing questions, and refine our direction together.

Curated Options & Guided Tours - Following our consultation, Mom’s Florida Place presents a select group of the best-suited Senior Living Communities in your area and arranges targeted tours so you can experience them firsthand.

Beyond the Move, Complete Transition Support - Choosing a community isn't the finish line—it’s the starting line. Once a selection is made, new questions arise: How do we handle financing? What about pets? What do we do with a house full of furniture, mementos, cars, and decades of memories? Whether directly through Mom’s Florida Place or via our trusted network of vetted local partners, we stay by your side to manage the logistics, downsizing, and estate decisions fairly and efficiently.

A Transparent Service at Zero Cost to You
We believe families in transition deserve expert guidance without an added financial burden. Our advisory services are paid for entirely by the Senior Living Community you choose. When your loved one signs a contract and moves in, the facility pays us a standard referral fee (typically equivalent to one month's room and board). This allows us to offer you our time, guidance, and support at no cost to your family.
